FalconFlix Terms of Service & End User License Agreement

These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and FALCONFLIX-SINGAPORE-TECH PTE. LTD. (UEN 202424068H, Singapore) ("FalconFlix", "we"). By creating an account or using the FalconFlix app (the "Service"), you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment. All shows, interactive dramas, artwork, AI characters, and software remain the property of FalconFlix or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, record, scrape, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Service.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 17 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

3. Virtual Coins & Purchases

• In-app coins are a limited license to access content; they are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged outside the Service.
• Purchases are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe under their respective terms. Refunds follow the store's refund policy and applicable law.
• Unused coins expire if an account is deleted or terminated for violations.
• Prices and coin packages may change; changes never affect coins already purchased.

4. User Content & Community Rules

The Service may let you post comments, messages, profile content, and interact with AI characters ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and moderate it for operating the Service.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content. You must not create, post, or share content that is: sexually explicit or exploitative; harassing, hateful, or discriminatory; violent or threatening; illegal or promoting illegal acts; spam or deceptive; infringing others' rights or privacy; or harmful to minors.

• Moderation: content may be screened by automated systems and human reviewers; violating content is removed and repeat violators are banned.
• Report: every piece of user content and every user profile carries a Report option. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and actioned content is removed promptly.
• Block: you can block any user at any time; blocked users cannot see or contact you.

5. AI-Generated Content

Some characters, conversations, and story branches are generated by artificial intelligence. AI output is fictional entertainment, may be inaccurate, and does not represent real persons or our views. Do not rely on AI conversations for medical, legal, financial, or safety advice. Safety filters apply to AI interactions; attempting to elicit prohibited content violates these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not: circumvent payment or access controls; use bots, scrapers, or automated access; upload malware; misrepresent your identity; interfere with the Service; or use the Service where prohibited by law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (Me → Settings → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, with notice where practicable.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FalconFlix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
